Indea Foundation is a Public Charitable Trust established as a Registered body in 2013 to promote Education and Health programmes and scholarships to the deserving, attracting Section 80 G under I.T. Act
Money received through donations and workshops conducted keeping Health in view is utilized for Indea Foundation activities.
Presently 3 under privileged students studying in 6th, 8th and 9th standards are receiving full tuition fees through Indea Foundation.
Selected children are imparted with free yoga classes making an avenue for their better health.
As a step towards continuing the mission of indea Foundation today a Health workshop on Jala Neti and Sutra Neti was conducted at Ananda Yoga India Shala premises.
Yogacharya Bharath Shetty and his team of teachers- Neda, Archana and Raghu conducted the workshop between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.
About 10 people attended the workshop and made it a success. We thank all who attended the workshop and supported it by giving a donation of Rs.300/- that will add to the fund of indea Foundation.
Kriyas are cleansing Techniques. They are used to purify body by opening the pathways of the body and the nadis thus helping us gain pranic energy, thus bettering our mind and heart. The main focus of Kriyas is to remove any blockage and rid us of all toxins.
It is called Bahiranga yoga trying to overhaul our electrical circuits working in our body whose proper functioning helps us to remain healthy keeping sickness at a bay.
There are six types of Kriyas and Neti is one of them and it works towards purifying most structures in head and neck. Neti clears the nasal passages and render the nose resistant to many irritants like water, cotton etc. It helps remove the hypersensitivity in persons suffering from Allergic Rhinitis. Vision becomes subtler.
